Today, 17th July 2022 has been a special Sunday to start the Rotary Year 2022-2023 by a visit to “La Fraternite Mauriciennne des Malades et Handicapes”- FMMH 
Members of our club were pleased to meet during our visit the founder member of the association who could relate their history and how they support children and adults with disabilities both in their academic studies 
and sports activities. Very touched by the words of the President of FMMH Mr. Jean-Francois Favory where he explained the aim of the association is to mainly promote the welfare and inclusion of any person with disabilities in the Mauritian society

and great guidance the children get at sports level where despite being on wheelchairs
, they can still participate in tournaments including table tennis 
& basketball 
and especially they still stood out as champions 
. It was a nice 
experience to meet the team of FMMH who accompanies the children with disabilities.
