Rotary Club Montebello : Serve to change lives 
Today Thursday 26th May 2022 members of Rotary Club of Montebello feel blessed to have been able to contribute by supporting children of College Pere Laval, Ste Croix. Further to the Eye Screening 
done last week for a group of 58 students from grade 7 to 11, 18 were detected with eye sight problems. Glasses 
were offered to these 18 children today in the presence of their parents 
, the Manager Gerard Lafitte, Rector Pouven Veedrabudren & rotarians from Rotary Club of Montebello.
Additionally, few pairs of shoes 
were offered to few children to be able to participate in all school activities. Our heartfelt thanks
to President Reihaz, ADG Rodney , Forouk Hossen Opticians who have made this project a successful one. Great feeling to work towards the area of focus Education & Literacy as we strongly believe that doing this small action will definitely bring changes to the lives of these children allowing them to study 
better with a good eye sight. Our word of encouragement to these students were to make good use of the glasses they have received, to study hard and to succeed in their studies 
.
