Further to the eye 
screening performed for 62 students at St Mary’s West College, 30 reading glasses
were offered to the students who were detected with a poor eyesight. Rotary Club of Montebello carried out this laudable project on Thursday 14th of September and our Club feels proud and blessed

.We strongly believe in the education 
and success of each student as it is the passport to life. September bearing the theme Basic Education & Literacy allowed us to achieve our goal in supporting education of the children while providing the reading glasses just before they take part in their final exams. It was amazing to see the reaction of the children who could make the difference of the vision once they wore the glasses. It is rewarding to bring a smile 
on the face of each individual no matter how minute the gesture is.
